The story being told is about meeting a girl on the road. There is initial interest on both sides, but it doesn't develop because I am rarely in a city for more than one week at a time. The song itself is a response to a VOICEMAIL left by her while I'm away. Hence, the female vocal sample to introduce the song with"你还好吗？" which means"How are you? in Chinese.
